Food Hampers
We have food hampers available for pick up between 9.00 and 3.00pm on Monday to Thursday at our reception at 2 McNabb Loop, Como. Please note, we currently don’t have the capacity to do home delivery. We would especially like to thank Coles South Perth for collecting donations on our behalf.
Care Appointments
Please phone us on 9313 1600 if you would like to make a Care Appointment. In a Care Appointment, we can spend more time chatting to you about the situation you are facing and your needs, and can provide referrals to other organisations, mental health support, and other forms of support. Some clients may also qualify to be part of our Moving Forward program, which provides holistic support fortnightly.
Our Care Appointments are only available for people in the following local government areas: City of South Perth, Town of Victoria Park, City of Canning and City of Belmont.
Emergency Appeals
Lifestreams Community Services also provides financial support to other organisations that are helping people facing emergency or crisis situations such as homelessness, bushfires, floods and war.
